Our costumes are made to order. Costumes, accessories and replica props are prepared for dispatch within 2 weeks, then delivery takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Yes. We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. Shipping is free on orders over A$150 (or the local equivalent) in eligible regions, and import duties and customs fees are covered by Ace Cosplay.
Yes, custom sizing is available for many costumes. Send us your measurements – bust/chest, waist, hips, height and any other dimensions requested – and allow a little extra production time. Our measuring guide shows how to take each one.
Because costumes are made to order, we accept returns when an item arrives defective or damaged, or when its measurements differ significantly from our size chart (variances of 1–3 cm are normal tolerance). Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. See the full refund policy.
You can request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started and the order has not shipped. Email info@acecosplay.com with your order number.
Often, yes. Send us reference images and details of the character through our contact page, and our team will let you know if we can source or make it for you.
Depending on the design, we use polyester, spandex, cotton blends, PU leather and other specialty fabrics, plus foam or resin for armour and props. Each product page lists the details for that costume.
