At Ace Cosplay, we take pride in every costume we make. Each product is carefully produced, packed, and quality-checked before shipment.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started and the item has not been shipped.
Once this period has passed, or once production begins, cancellations can no longer be accepted, as materials and labour will have already been allocated to your order.
Because our costumes are made to order, we only accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the item you received meets one of the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival; or
- The item’s measurements differ significantly from our sizing chart.
Minor measurement variances of 1–3 cm (0.4–1.2 inches) are considered within normal manufacturing tolerance and are not eligible for return.
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number
⚠️ We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please keep in mind that shipping delays can occasionally occur and, while frustrating, are unfortunately outside our control.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@acecosplay.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos
- Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
