- Costumes, accessories, and replica weapons are prepared and typically delivered within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
- Free shipping is available for orders over AUD $150 (or equivalent) in eligible regions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major destinations: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are managed by our third-party logistics partners, and any import duties or customs fees are fully covered by Ace Cosplay.
You will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
